During these times of COVID, we want to learn the tools that will help strengthen our immune system and lungs. Pranayama, which means “breath control”, is an ancient wisdom and science that helps us strengthen and control our autonomic and sympathetic nervous system.

This workshop will provide step by step instructions and practice, so you can experience and feel the benefits in the moment.

Beth Nolan has extensive experience with pranayama, with over 35 years of practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Hatha & Tantra Yoga Instructor, and a Health Kinesiologist, which uses muscle testing and dowsing to balance and increase health.
