This workshop will provide step by step instructions and practice, so you can experience and feel the benefits in the moment.
Beth Nolan has extensive experience with pranayama, with over 35 years of practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Hatha & Tantra Yoga Instructor, and a Health Kinesiologist, which uses muscle testing and dowsing to balance and increase health.Find out more »
