Policies: Student Records: All student records are strictly confidential and are kept permanently on file in the school administrative office. Student records are accessible only to the individual student, instructors and administration staff, and the Department of Education officials. Release of records must be requested by the student in writing. Student Complaint Procedure: COBHA strives to create an atmosphere of mutual respect, honesty and understanding. Students and staff are encouraged to communicate directly with one another regarding any grievance. The Board of Directors is available to meet with grieved parties to resolve conflicts. Students are requested to report any action perceived to be in violation of school regulations. A student who believes their complaint has not been addressed adequately should submit their concern in writing to the Board of Directors. Grievance procedures are conducted in confidentiality. English as a Second Language: At this time, COBHA does not provide classes with English as a second language.
